The Seventh Annual 2011 Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest Winners Were Announced this July! We thank  http://www.cheap-chic-weddings.com/ This fun wedding event took place at The Boca Raton Bridal Store, and as boutique owner Jack Jones shows us in this video, the First place contest winner made her dress out of toilet paper, almost identical to the real gown made out of fabric in his store. She won the $1,000 grand prize! Very well deserved indeed. A ll three winning brides-to-be and their TP dress styles were absolutely amazing !
