Reputable business owners will offer a refund if enough time is available, and if this unfortunate decision is taken last minute, a well connected vendor can call upon their wedding network or bridal associations in the area to help out in the messy situation.
This is a scenario most bridal couples do not want to experience. Yet, in today's tough economy, it is sadly happening to wedding and quince businesses all over Florida as well as many other cities.
